This project involved the renovation of an old 1970's industrial unit. This included stripping the unit back to the steel frame and installing a composite cladding system, then sub-dividing it into 5 separate units for an MG Car Dealership, Wolseley Plumb Center, Enterprise Rentals and a Johnstone's Decorating Center.

Externally we demolished an existing 3-storey office block to create additional parking. We then resurfaced the existing car park with semi-permeable tarmac that enabled sufficient drainage of surface water from the site.

Internally, the latest HVAC systems were installed along with modern offices, and a new glazing system that reduces solar gain. This all led to an overall improvement in the thermal performance of the building and helped to bring this old building in line with our modern standards of carbon footprint reduction.
